77ef Terms & Conditions —
Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "77ef" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 77ef.bid under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 77ef platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the 77ef platform, linked to a unique mobile number and protected by a password set by the Player.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's 77ef Account, representing deposited funds net of wagers placed and net of any winnings credited or withdrawals processed.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, casino tables, slot games, and any other feature or functionality offered by 77ef at 77ef.bid.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered through the 77ef platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 77ef under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or administrative region in which access to or use of the 77ef platform is unlawful or restricted by applicable local law.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process conducted by 77ef in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, which may require submission of government-issued identification documents.

By accessing 77ef.bid, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 77ef platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

These Terms and Conditions, together with 77ef's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any Sport-Specific or Game-Specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77ef in respect of your use of the Services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any subsidiary policy document, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless a subsidiary document expressly states otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 77ef Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an active 77ef Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77ef or any affiliate of 77ef.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
• Your use of the 77ef Services is for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for the purposes of financial gain as a primary income source.

77ef reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by 77ef may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account with 77ef. The creation of duplicate Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed and any balances being withheld pending investigation.

When registering with 77ef, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated on your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ef login credentials, including your password and any linked JazzCash or EasyPaisa credentials. You must not share your Account access with any third party. 77ef will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 77ef immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

77ef may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment methods used to deposit funds. 77ef reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.

77ef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL direct bank transfer, UBL direct bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash over-the-counter via authorised agents. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77ef does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior written arrangement.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in a Player's 77ef Wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via Raast are processed in real time. Standard bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 77ef does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 30–60 minutes of approval as standard. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours. 77ef reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. 77ef does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts that are not registered in the Player's own name.

77ef operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. 77ef reserves the right to request additional documentation from any Player whose account activity triggers automated AML screening flags. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players must not use the 77ef platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity.

All Bets placed through the 77ef platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform at the time the Bet is placed. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific Bet in question.

• All Bets are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the 77ef system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance, except where expressly provided for in the applicable sport-specific rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality where available).
• 77ef reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or affected by a technical error that rendered the offered odds incorrect.
• In the event of a genuine pricing error or a manifest error in odds, 77ef reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to Players' Wallets, regardless of whether the Bet has already settled.
• Maximum stake limits and minimum bet amounts apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant market interface before Bet confirmation.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by dealers in a regulated studio. All outcomes are final as determined by the game system.
• 77ef reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without prior notice, including during live play.

77ef offers various promotions, bonuses, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time the promotion is active. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 77ef promotions:

• Bonus Funds and free spins are credited to eligible Accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible game contributions are specified per promotion.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, and per device. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second Account is a breach of these Terms.
• 77ef reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players are actively working through wagering requirements, reasonable alternative arrangements will be made at 77ef's discretion.
• Bonus Funds may not be used on certain excluded games or markets as specified in individual promotion terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded products may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• If 77ef reasonably suspects that a Player or group of Players is exploiting a promotion — including through bonus abuse, arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, or use of automated betting systems — 77ef reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, associated winnings, and restrict the Account.

77ef is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and must never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing financial hardship. 77ef takes its obligations in respect of player protection extremely seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77ef Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. The system will automatically log the Player out when the set time limit is reached, and will not allow re-login until a specified cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss amounts. The system will prevent further Bets from being placed once the limit is reached within the relevant period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their Account will be suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to permanently or semi-permanently exclude themselves from the 77ef platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests made via [email protected] are processed within 24 hours.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ef platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 77ef reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension or termination without refund of remaining balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one 77ef Account, regardless of the name or personal details used.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any activity in connection with the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorisation.
• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the House in any game or market.
• Colluding with other Players in casino table games, poker, or any other multi-player game format offered on the 77ef platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, free bets, or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the relevant promotion (bonus abuse).
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error, bug, or system vulnerability in the 77ef platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Using the 77ef platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a third-party betting agency or syndicate through a 77ef Account.

All intellectual property rights in the 77ef platform, including but not limited to the 77ef brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to 77ef. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 77ef.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ef platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence is automatically revoked upon Account suspension or termination. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants Players any ownership rights or interests in the 77ef platform or any game content therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ef's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their 77ef Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

77ef shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 77ef has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 77ef does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability or technical failures beyond 77ef's reasonable control.
• 77ef is not liable for losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, market information, or game statistics displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy resulted from a data feed error from a third-party provider.
• 77ef is not responsible for telecommunications failures, network outages, or internet connectivity issues experienced by the Player that affect their ability to place or settle Bets.

77ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 77ef has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player's Account activity is indicative of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• The Player has provided false or materially inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account creates regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for 77ef.
• The Player has been placed on an applicable government-issued exclusion list or sanctions register.

Where a Player Account is terminated for cause (i.e., due to a breach by the Player), 77ef reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request or by 77ef without cause, any verified balance net of pending Bets and applicable fees will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 77ef Account may do so by contacting [email protected] from the email address registered to the Account.

77ef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 77ef will provide reasonable notice of the changes via the registered email address or mobile number associated with the affected Account, or through a prominent notice published on the 77ef.bid website.

Your continued use of the 77ef platform following notification of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting 77ef support. The date at the head of this document reflects the version currently in force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 77ef's international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any dispute as to the validity, existence, or termination of this agreement — shall first be submitted to 77ef's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to 77ef's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the matter in dispute and the resolution sought. 77ef will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a final decision within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under 77ef's gaming license for final and binding adjudication.
